Yes! Is It Possible To turn off the Aero in Windows 7 To 100%.

Please open the "Control Panel" over: Windows 7 Start Button "Start" » Windows 7 System "Control Panel"
Please open in the "Control Panel":» Windows 7 Administrative "Administrative Tools"» » Services "Services"
In the "Services" - List select and open the Service "Desktop Window Manager Session Manager"
and Stop and Disable the Service "Service".
